BatCave — 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

At BatCave, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. You have 90 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

• Unused

• In perfect condition

• In its original packaging

• Including all accessories

We do not accept returns for products that:

• Show signs of misuse

• Have been damaged due to improper handling

• Have been altered or tampered with by the customer

Return shipping cost

BatCave covers the cost of return shipping — you won’t pay anything extra to send it back.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

• A full refund will be issued to your original payment method

• An exchange for another product is also available if you prefer

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
